Rumor has it that there are more weight loss, health, and self-help blogs online currently than porn sites. (And they're almost as classy!) What will set this series apart is the condition that everything will not rely on the author's opinion, but the will and desire for each reader to devote them selves to change. 

The power doesn't come from the words of this site, my opinion, or even lengthy medical journals that I could post ad nauseam. Rather, the power will always come from the reader. 

I'm just here to share the tools of my success, help others gain some introspection, and celebrate the successes of those who reach their goals to become better versions of themselves. This entire blog series will contain links and external sources that have been used by myself and others to prove success. I'll try to keep the anecdotes to a minimum, and we'll work together to find the individualized path to success that works for each person.
